All you need to do is Write a new message (or click Reply), write the message itself and then:

 1. Click on the manage attachments hyperlink at the bottom left of the message window.

     2.      A new window will open and there you click browse.

3.      Find the file you want to attach in the normal way.

4.      Click on the correct file and click Open and you will be returned to the manage attachments window.

5.       Now click Save Attachment and the file will be attached to the message, this will take some time depending upon how large the file is.

You will get the following message as a file is attached.

Click OK

6.   Repeat 1-5 for up to 3 attachments.

7.   Now finally click on Return to message (bottom left) once you have attached up to 3 files to the message.

You can now see that there are files attached to your message.

Repeat 1-5 for up to 3 attachments.

8.      Then check the message (or email) and send it.

This method is generally the way attachments are used in messaging and email systems with a few differences in wording and buttons. Remember that you can attach files of most types to messages although some will be stopped if they are suspicious or too large.
